my room was on the 21st floor overlooking the port and it had a very nice view. the caffè napoletano served occasionally by the waiter from an extra large "caffettiera"

location was amazing. very central and walked distance from main attractions. Very close to the subway station , less than 3 min walking.

Location, view and room. Although the building looks a bit outdated, facilities are fine.

the rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were clean but a little cramped, the interior of the bathrooms was a bit outdated, the rooms would be nicer if the interior of the rooms were arranged a little better. The beds are comfortable, except for the extra bed in the superior room, which was quite hard. The location is excellent, considering the proximity of the port and the city center, cultural sights, etc. The view from the hotel is excellent, a really great panorama.

We stayed at NH Napoli Panorama for 2 nights when visiting with kids. We got a family room on the 26th floor, so we had a great view and lots of space. The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The location was good, with many restaurants nearby.

Really enjoyed our stay here! When I booked the hotel I told the hotel it was part of a trip for my partners 30th. After checking in, the reception team shared that they had upgraded our room for the birthday celebration which was incredibly kind of them. We were on the 28th floor and the views of the city / sea we're great. The room itself was so spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely, nice big bathtub with a seperate shower next to it. Every staff member we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again

Room with a perfect view, very, very clean and comfortable with great food. Hotel near to everything so to say, metro and bus station a minute away, the harbor is five minutes down the street from where you can take a ferry to Capri or Amalfi very easily, all the tourist attractions are five to ten minutes walking distance, people are nice and friendly, staff was great. If I was you I would look no further. Perfect location, perfect hotel, great people. Napoli itself is really something. You must see it to believe it. It will take your breath away. Great experience.

I loved the view from my room. You could see the coast and the port which was very lovely. The mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was always fresh and well stocked with many choices.

Very nice location in Spanish Quarter, close to Centro Storico. Our room was completely surrounded by glass walls, so the city seemed like it was in the palm of your hand. The bathroom was clean and spacious enough, and even there there was a big round window revealing wonderful view of the city.
